Our services are structured in clearly defined phases — beginning with schematic design, followed by detailed 2D drawings, 3D interior and exterior visualisations, and finally project execution for construction and interiors. Each phase has specific deliverables, and any changes to the agreed scope require prior written notice from the client.

Payments are structured around project milestones to ensure smooth progress. The fee schedule is as follows: 70% as advance payment before commencement, 25% on progress during the execution phase, and the remaining 5% against project completion and final handover.

All architectural drawings, design documents, 3D models, and related creative work remain the intellectual property of RDS Associates. Upon full payment, the client is granted a limited license to use these materials solely for the specific project — reproduction or reuse for other purposes is not permitted without written consent.

To ensure timely delivery, clients are expected to provide accurate site surveys, clearly defined budgets, and prompt approvals at each project milestone. Delays in furnishing required information or approvals may result in revised timelines and additional costs.

Either party may terminate the contract by providing written notice as per the terms of the agreement. In the event of termination, all outstanding payments for work completed up to that point must be settled in full before the cessation of services.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project data, technical information, design concepts, and financial details exchanged during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the contract.
